"When I decided to buy a new bike this year I wanted to ride as many bikes as I could to make sure I knew what I was looking for. I was pretty sure I wanted a cruiser, but wasn’t sure on the size, make, etc. I had been to 4 or 5 other places that seemed uninterested in letting me figure out what I wanted. My husband took me shopping at TriCity and we met my new found hero,Eric. Eric pulled out every cruiser I wanted to try without ever pressuring me or getting frustrated. By the end of that day, I had ridden (and Eric had pushed) a lot of bikes without me showing real interest in even one. The day wasn’t a complete loss as Eric helped my husband find his dream bike. Eric even brought it to him the next week as it was snowing the day he bought it. I went back several weeks later wanting to ride more bikes. Eric again was willing to pull anything out and let me ride it. When I got back from my first ride of the day, on a cruiser, I said I think I’m changing my mind . I told Eric I wanted to try something totally different. Eric took me to a Honda ST1300 and despite the fact that it was opposite in almost every way from what I had originally asked for, he let me ride it....and ride it....and ride it....and talk about it....and think about it....and ride it. All along the way never making me feel rushed and giving me time to make sure it was what I wanted. I’m very happy with my bike - it’s hot :). I will recommend Eric to anyone and everyone who needs a bike. Thanks for everything Eric! "
