"you guys rock!! i have bought a lot of bikes over the years and i have never been treated this good. i will definately tell all my friends about you guys. i bought a used HD and after the great deal you gave me. and the papers was signed. your service guys saw that it needed new brake pads in the rear.he dropped what he was working on and installed a new set of pads on the bike. and then told me that there was no charge for parts or labor. i have never got that kind of service in my life thank all of you guys for the great service. like i said YOU GUYS ROCK. jerry young"

Gary in sales is the best. The whole service dept is great and top notch. Adam (service mgr) is always helpful, professional, and friendly. The bike is done on time and for the price quoted. Is there any better racer or tech than Dan Otis Turner? I doubt it. If there was a 6 star rating, I would have rated this dealer a 6."

"When I decided to buy a new bike this year I wanted to ride as many bikes as I could to make sure I knew what I was looking for. I was pretty sure I wanted a cruiser, but wasn’t sure on the size, make, etc. I had been to 4 or 5 other places that seemed uninterested in letting me figure out what I wanted. My husband took me shopping at TriCity and we met my new found hero,Eric. Eric pulled out every cruiser I wanted to try without ever pressuring me or getting frustrated. By the end of that day, I had ridden (and Eric had pushed) a lot of bikes without me showing real interest in even one. The day wasn’t a complete loss as Eric helped my husband find his dream bike. Eric even brought it to him the next week as it was snowing the day he bought it. I went back several weeks later wanting to ride more bikes. Eric again was willing to pull anything out and let me ride it. When I got back from my first ride of the day, on a cruiser, I said I think I’m changing my mind . I told Eric I wanted to try something totally different. Eric took me to a Honda ST1300 and despite the fact that it was opposite in almost every way from what I had originally asked for, he let me ride it....and ride it....and ride it....and talk about it....and think about it....and ride it. All along the way never making me feel rushed and giving me time to make sure it was what I wanted. I’m very happy with my bike - it’s hot :). I will recommend Eric to anyone and everyone who needs a bike. Thanks for everything Eric! "
